Return Policy

Should you need to return or exchange an item to hugsandhissyfits.com, you may do so within 15 days of date on your receipt. You may return items purchased at regular price only. We encourage exchanges and do offer store credits. Items purchased using promotional discounts, sale items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special occasion attire, custom orders and drop ship orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit.You must supply the name of the purchaser in order for us to locate the original receipt.

Items must be unused and in original condition WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility.

To return items email us at nikki@hugsandhissyfits.com for a return authorization number. Write this number on the front of the package you are returning and the return/exchange sheet included in your original package. If you have lost this sheet print the return/exchange sheet from this site. Packages without a return authorization number on the package will be denied by our office and returned unopened.

Once a return item is processed you will be issued a store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item instead of a store credit you will need to contact us at nikki@hugsandhissyfits.com to proceed.
